I'm in a good mood, so i thought i'd do this one more time since i've done it already a couple times and it seems to have helped a bunch of people who went on to help others by scouting them too.
So, what i'm offering here is to scout anyone that hasn't been scouted to the art portal yet, granted that their works meet the quality standards of the website and its art mods (which is basically anything that isn't visibly low effort and even lower experience), and that the people who apply to this would respect the art submission rules.
The reasoning behind it :
Getting noticed in a sea of internet content gets difficult every day, a little push might be helpful to those who need it, and someone to believe in them even a little bit could go a long way. hence why i'm doing this.
Essentially, this is no different from me going around and looking for people to scout discretely - which of course nothing wrong with that, but what i hope this would is encourage more people to scout more artists that they otherwise couldn't usually think about finding, let alone looking for since well... they're kinda trapped under layers and layers of art, so spacing out the places you can find them helps with locating them.
The catch :
As stated before, i will strictly scout anyone whose works meet the standards of what's usually in the art portal and those who are honestly dedicated and experienced but can't get past being noticed enough for their efforts.
Anything that doesn't comply with the art portal rules linked above, and anything that doesn't show enough quality to be in there, will not be considered. i will however, offer advice on what can be improved and how to do that, so i wouldn't just dish out a "no" on its own.
The reason why, for those uninformed, is that if i were to scout someone who would end up breaking the rules, i'd lose the ability to scout people and as such, end up un-scouted myself or more. the same thing would apply to anyone i scouted if they went on to scout someone else. so the main two rules here are :
- Respect the rules.
- Do your best if you're scouted. sketches or lower effort work can be marked as a "sketch" to avoid any complications.
As for right now... :
If you haven't been scouted, do share your works here. if you know someone that deserves a chance, tag them or have them contact me (as i won't give any advice nor scout them if they don't state that they want it. i won't impose myself on anyone).

In closing :
My main aim behind this is to help anyone that needs it get this little extra push forward so they can make the most out of this site. but also, if you happen to be someone that can scout others, i hope this would make you think it's a good idea to see if you'd like to scout some artists.

Sorry. the main reason is, some of your works mix sketches/doodles with detailed works in the same upload and some of them have "questionable" themes and commentary.
